Our hives are located on the edge of the forest and our fields where the bees have access to a diverse selection of nectar and pollen from a polyculture of clover, wildflowers, trees, fruit, vegetables, & culinary herbs. The result is raw honey with delicious flavor. It is completely natural for raw honey to crystallize over time and this can happen within weeks or months of it being harvested, an indicator that it was not pasteurized and still retaining all it’s beneficial properties. Raw local honey is delicious added to many different recipes, we especially like adding it into a hot cup of tulsi tea.
